My PERM process is starting and have few questions.
My Profile - Completed MS in India which is equivalent to US Bachelors degree and 2 years of work experience for filing the PERM.
1. Does the minimum job requirement has to be very robust. The candidates whose interview will be taken as per my skillets and needs valid reason for rejection. So the requirement should be very good?
2. The employee verification letter for my past employment, does the USCIS wants this on company letterhead with HR stamp?
3. The employee verification letter for my past employment, does the USCIS will call my ex employers and verify my employment, manager and skill set.
4. If I submit my past employment verification letter on an affidavit. chances of RFE becomes more?
5. If I submit my past employment verification letter on an affidavit. what all supporting documents I need to submit
