I worked abroad in Managerial capacity for 2 years. On Mar-01-2015 I moved to US and will be completing 2 years in US on Mar-01-2017. I'm applying for GC through EB1. Will my application be denied if my petition is filed after Mar-01-2017?
USCIS has the following criteria for EB1: "You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year."
After Mar-01-2017, my 1 year of employment abroad will not fall completely in the preceding 3 years.
Please help.
