As per Aug 15, 2017 update Nebraska Service Center went back to processing May 2, 2016...I-140 receipt date is June 17, 2016.

This waiting time is driving me nuts!🙃

So, it takes almost 8.5 months to get your I-140 approved. My PD is 03 Jan 2017, not sure when my case will be processed.

It seems like TSC is taking 7-9 months for I-140 processing.

ANY UPDATES FROM OTHERS??

Received the I-797 Approval Notice for I-140 today, Aug 22, 2017!

Nebraska Service Center --normal processing

I-140 --Receipt date June 16, 2016
Biometrics done-- Aug 16, 2016
I-797 Approval Notice-- Aug 22, 2017.

Total wait time: 14 months and 6 days.

UPDATE - received Adjustment of Status and Green card by mail on Fri Sept 1st. Thank you SCR Texas folks.

CONCLUSION: a 9 month cycle from start to finish, not too bad.

RFE on My I-485 Applications (Self and wife)

I would like to let you know that on Saturday (Sep 16), I received the RFE notice letters for our I-485 forms. I have seen below reasons in the notice letters.

RFE on My I-485 Form: Need to submit Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer
RFE on Wife's I-485 Form: Information missing from Vaccination Record in Form l-693

I have asked my attorney to guide me for the next steps.

Is there anybody who knows what is Supplement J, Confirmation of Bona Fide Job Offer?

The same doctor did the medical test for me and my wife. Don't know how information missing from my wife's vaccination Record. In my RFE, no medical reason is mentioned. I thought, I will get RFE on gonorrhea. But that is not mentioned in either notice.

Processing time for GC

Hello ALL,

Is anyone know how long will it take to get the GC after the EAD with Advance parole approval?

Would recommend that you do not try to file on your own and instead hire an experienced law firm. There is a lot of paperwork and the details of the work experience and job responsibilities have to be provided in great detail and while you might be feeling confident, getting professional is the way to go. Good luck!

My L1A EB1C Timeline

Hi all,

My L1A EB1C timeline:

March 27, 2018 - I-485 (AOS), I-765, I-140, I-131 applied thru concurrent filing at NSC for my family (2 adults and 2 kids)
April 26, 2018 - Receipt notice sent by USCIS
May 8, 2018 - Review of fingerprints completed
June 14, 2018 - I-765 was approved along with advanced parole
June 21, 2018 - Received the combo EAD card
Aug 9, 2018 - No updates yet, all the status is still showing data from 3 months back

NSC - Currently processing September 17, 2016 and timeline is 17 months to 23.5 months

Anyone else applied around the same time frame, please share your timeline.

Now it is our time to patiently wait... :/ :/

Waiting for the next status...
