Current Visa - L1A
Applied for - EB-1C Green Card (Concurrent)
Processing Type - Normal
Service Center - Texas

12/30/2016 - Attorney sent the documents to TSC
01/03/2017 - I-140, I-485, I-765, I-131 forms received by USCIS
01/10/2017 - Fingerprint Fee Received

Waiting for the next status...

It will be appreciated if anyone can share feedback on expected timeline.

11/3/2016 Finger print fee received.
12/7/2016 Biometric finished.
then i am also waiting for the next updates.

I have still not received notice for Biometric test. Lets wait for this.

When you can expect for EAD & AP approval. I think 3 months from filling date.

11/17/2016 documents received by USCIS.
1/9/2017 Biometric finished.

EAD/Advance Parole is supposed to come within 90 days from filing, but not yet.
If we don't receive it by May, we have to get out of US to renew L1. I really hope to avoid it.

Update - travel document

My case

11/17/2016 documents received by USCIS.
1/9/2017 Biometric finished.
3/16/2017 Travel Document was mailed (not received yet). - only for my children.

USCIS case status says it mailed Travel Document but this message shows up only for my children's case. No update for me (primary applicant) and my wife.
We already scheduled L1 renewal appointment in Ottawa next week. We really hope to get the Travel Document for everyone in the last minute and cancel the trip.

company applied EB1C last week I-140 & I-485 for myself & my family

can someone tell me the procedure of what happens next?

are there are also security clearance checks that take place? i got twice administrative processing while applying visa at consulate then cleared after sometime...so worried about that...

my L1 expires end of Jan 2018, but I hear a lot of cases get delayed...what happens incase, then I have to apply for extension of L1A?

Hello ALL,

Sharing my current processing status:
*under normal processing.

June 17, 2016 - I-140 Received @ Nebraska Service Center.
June 22, 2016-Biometrics Fee Received.
Aug 16, 2016- Biometrics done.

Called USCIS hotline and was told case is still under normal/current processing time.

It's been almost 10 months already and all I can do is to wait...wait...wait!

Anybody who has similar processing timeline? Should I worry?

22 feb 17: biometrics done
16 march 17: EAD and AP approved for me and my husband, kids AP is still awaited
27 march 17: combo card delivered for me and my husband, kid still waition for AP approval
status of i140: case received, status on i485: fingerprinting fee received.
please share if someone with same timelines.

Same for me. EAD and AP approved for me and my wife. But my daughter's AP is still pending.

One question - i131 is still not approved for me and my wife but we got combo card. Is it same for you?

Yes, these days they are issuing combo cards, but the I131 status is for some reason left unchanged. The combo card works as AP (it is mentioned so on the card, and have actually used it; so I know it works ).

I went to USCIS Ofc using InfoPass last April 5th to inquire about the status of my case which was received June 17, 2016 and the officer said that as of March 14, 2017 update on their system they are still processing March 2, 2016 applications at the Nebraska Service Center for I-140's. This means that my June 2016 I-140 will only be processed by June 2017...1 year processing...1 year waiting!!!

I just hope this is really the case...all I can do now is assume and wait...wait...wait!!!

Thank you for sharing this information. It is helpful. At least we came to know that we should not expect I-140 process before 1 year.

Thank you for let me know. But the problem is that my daughter's AP is still pending.

We can not plan for travel outside US. Don't know when it will be approved.

My L1A expires in Jul 2017. Will I need to apply for visa if the application is still in processing?
