L1B to H1B or to GC

Hello,

I'm on L1B visa my company offer me to move it to H1B,

I ask them that maybe will be better to move to GC without H1B

my immigration status would be EB2 ROW or EB3 ROW

What would be better to me ?

I'm on L1B visa since July 2016 (first time in USA)
