L1B to H1B or GC via EB2 EB3

Hello,

I'm on L1B since 2016 July.

My compoany offer me a transfer to H1B but I will preffer to move directly to EB2 or EB3

My country of birth is Poland = ROW.

How much time it can take ( I will have valid status for next 4.5 year)

what would be better for me.

Since it is ROW, for EB3 the wait time is ~5 months, and current for EB2. So, depending on other factors (like using premium processing for I140 or not, etc.) the whole process could take from 1 to 2 yrs.
