Hi All,
So I have applied for my Mom on IR-5 parent visa. I sent missing checklist documents to NVC on Dec 26th 2016 and they logged in their system on 30th. Its been 2 months and no response so I called them on feb 27th 2017. Rep told me that it has not been reviewed so he is going to send this to his supervisor and she will get it tomorrow and review it asap. Does anyone know how long it takes for supervisor to review IR-5 ? It suppose to be immediate visa, isn't?
