Hi All,
I'm the spouse of a primary applicant who is getting his GC processed through EB1. I gave my finger prints on Feb 7th 2017. I got my finger prints rejected by FBI on Feb 13th. My second appointment for finger prints was on March 6th . I have weak finger prints and watery hands.
when asked for help and additional trials, the staff was pretty rude and never cared . im not sure how the results would turn up. I see that we have to get police clearance certificate(PCC) from diff place, for the last 5 years.
Has anyone gone through a similar situation? what's the procedure to get PCC from different states in the US.
