USCIS site states the following:
"You must have been employed outside the United States in the 3 years preceding the petition for at least 1 year "
My case: L1A, in US since Dec 2014 (on per diem, not salary), with around 4 months stay outside US in between.My current payroll is not with US entity, even though I am in US. Will this count towards 1 year employment outside US?
