Hello,
My husband's company is filing GC under EB2, PERM is approved, we are proceeding to apply for I140 and I485 at the same time based on my country of birth BELGIUM. I am an Indian Citizen, we moved back to India after I was born.
I just realized my last name is incorrect in my birth certificate, will this be a problem? What secondary evidence can I provide?
Another problem I am facing is that in India, people use initials instead of full last name. I have few documents like passport, PAN card which has my full name. the rest of the documents have only first name with initial.
I will appreciate if anyone can provide feedback.
