My company has applied for my GC under EB1C Multinational Manager on 21 Mar 2017. My L1A expires in Mid Jul 2017. I've completed my biometric screening and see the status for my i765 as card being generated. My question is, if my application processing time goes beyond my visa validity, will I need to renew my visa? Will it have an impact on my application? Can I change from L1A to H1 and will that have an impact? Thank you for your inputs.
