Hi All, I have 2 questions on the pending 485 cases released by USCIS.
Source:
1) Does it include also the dependents? If any one got married(applied 140 before marriage) or have new borns(not US citizens), are they going to be extra pending?
2) Are the spouses and dependent children also counted towards the annul GC numbers for the allocated category or only the primary applicant counted towards the available GC numbers?
