Dear all,
I am currently based in the UK, working for a US multinational corporation in a highly-skilled job. I have been with them for over 3 years. Before that, I was working in another US firm for 3 years, also based in the UK.
I have highly specialized degrees and qualifications (Masters in Finance + CFA).
Now I want to relocate to New York (working for the same firm). Would it be possible to avoid applying for H1 or L1, and go straight to EB-2.
Is that realistic and how long would it take?
