Hello,
i'm about to get my GreenCard (EB2) through Consular Processing abroad. LC and I-140 are done. I worked for a staffing company which sponsored my GreenCard and took a temporary break and went back to Europe for a few months. The staffing company has several locations with job offerings, the one that was used for the LC is, however, not an option.
So the question is, how binding the LC is, and if it is for how long, after entering the US from abroad on an immigration visa. The whole AC21 stuff apparently does not apply, since it's not a change of status (i485). So how flexible am I after arrival while staying with the same employer?
