My husband received his GC 3 weeks ago and both of our applications were filed together. We are traveling to India in 3 weeks and I'm concerned I will not have my GC in time before we leave. I do have my AP to travel with but our lawyer does not recommend traveling out of the country when GC is expected to be approved. Anyone else facing the same issue or has experience with this situation? Greatly appreciate your thoughts.
