Impacts on Renewal of H1b

Hello All,

I have been reading this forum from long time. My 3rd year is going to be end next year September 2018. Following are my some credentials.

-----Bachelor Degree (Computer Science) (Two master degrees from pakistan MSIT and MBA)
-----8 year working EXP
-----Country of origin : Pakistan.
-----Have some diplomas in computer science as well.
-----Master Degree (From USA is in progress, Will finish in Dec 2018)

As my master degree will finish in DEC 2018 after expiry of my first H1B visa. To be safe side should I go for green card (Perm labor) as trump has changed the H1B renewal process (new rules)? I have no restrictions from my employer.



Should I go for green card (EB2) and get my Perm before the visa expiry?
Should I wait for my Master degree and take risk of H1b Extension?

If you want to live in the United States, EB immigration is always a superior option than temporary H visas
