I would request your kind advice for the EB1A eligibility. I am an Indian resident having 20 years of hardcore experience with petroleum logistics (Oil and Gas Transportation) segment as operational officer. Since last 2 years I'm conducting seminars, technical session, add-on programmes and industrial trainings about this profile in various colleges and institutes. Would like to know am i eligible for EB1A sector. I am so glad if you guys can give expert advice. Thanks a lot.
