7 Nov Case transferred to Another Office
9 Nov Case was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction(NBC)
18 Dec notice for interviews

18 Jan 18 Interview Was Completed And My Case Must Be Reviewed

After done with interviews they told me “ we need to review your case if we need more documents we will mail you”
What does it mean “My case must be reviewed”
I search it and it shows lots of bad news !!!!!! Some case have to wait over a year!!
Anyone have the same or similar like me please share!!!!

I got the same response for a Dec 7th interview, but no word since.

I thought it was standard response though, they dont approve it on the spot.

Eb3 after interviews

I had my interview on Jan 22, 2017. I got the same response that my case must be reviewed. They had handed me a document that states they do not need any additional document as of now. If they need it, they will contact me. One of my other friends had the interview on Oct 2016. And she got the same response from the interviewer. However, they did not give her any document. Her GC arrived in 2 weeks after the interview. So, I am getting little anxious about this, especially since the officer did not seem friendly at all. My case is very clean and I had all my documents but couldn't understand why the officer was giving me hard time.

How was your interview experience?

Nothing on my side, I imagine its forgotten somewhere...

I am not sure, why other same cases like ours took only 2 weeks, after which they got the card in mail. Looks like after the interview, it all depends on the mood of the interviewer whether he wants to process it fast or slow.

Did they hand you any document in the end stating something like "You have completed your interview. We are unable to make a decision now and your case is held under review. We do not need any additional documents as of now but will let you know if we need any in future....."
