Hello,
My GC was filed in 2006 in EB3. My I-485 was filed in July 2017 when the priority date became current. So, the I-485 is pending for more than180 days. I wanted to change employer.
But I had tried to do EB2 porting earlier in 2017 and my I-140 in EB2 is still pending.
My question is: Considering the EB3 category dates, I want to take advantage of AC-21 and change employer in the same field. But will the pending I-140 in EB2 create any issues?
Any advice will be highly appreciated.
