EB3 (skilled worker) - Alternative while waiting

Hi,

I'm new here. I'm living in Italy.

I have a job proposal in USA, but the employer have a concern about the time where I will be able to start work.
I see that the entire process can roll for 1 year (EB3 - Skilled Worker), and of course, there is no company that can wait so long time.

Is there any alternative, like a provisory work permit or something similar, that allow me start work before finish the full process?
