Hi there,
I am about to begin process for greencard via EBG. and I am wondering how long more i should stay with my current employer after my green card is obtained? My current employer is sponsoring my green card.
I am currently on L1-A visa which and it it will expire on march 2020. As i have one more year to go on my contract and considering it might take a year of a time... I am wondering if there is a obligation for me stay more after it is approved?
