Husband and Wife different employer different green card sponsership

Both me and my husband are on H1B now.
Our Respective employers are starting our Green card process around the same time.
I am not sure if there are any flags of both of us are filling separately .

Nope no problems. You can have any number of GC petitions filed in your name, and husband and wife can file separately. The fact that you are married or your spouse's status have no bearing on your employment based GC petition.
