    Can I be involved in job advertisement?

    My employer started the job advertising as a step in the green card process. I asked our legal department to ask the immigration attorney we're working with where did they advertised the job describtion. The legal department told me that I'm not allowed to be involved. Is it true, why? I just want to see where it was advertised.
