Sorry for duplicating my thread from the AoS subforum here but I've just realized that here is a better place for this question.
I-485 instructions require a statement of intent to work in the occupational field specified in the Form I-140 for self-petitioners (e.g., EB1A or EB2-NIW) unless filed concurrently. I am curious whether anybody has submitted such a statement or has been asked for one with an RFE or during the interview. If you submitted it, what wording did you use? I have my interview in about a week.
