company's acquisition before I-485 filing

Hi

My I-140 is approved in EB1b in July 2018 through company X. I am working in Pharmaceutical company (Company X) and our company is acquired by another company (Company Y). My priority date is not current and by the time it will become current, our company name will be changed to Company Y.
Will I be able to file I-485 under company Y when the priority date become current or I need to refile fresh I-140 under company Y's name?
