485 filing with EB3 (L1B) but currently in USA on L1A

I applied i140(EB3) while I was having L1B(skilled worker category) long back. Now this EB3 priority date is current.

But I am now in US with L1A(Manager category).

Since my role is changed from skilled worker to manager, will I be able to file EAD,AP, 485 with this EB3 eventhough I am in L1A currently?

If I apply will it impact my L1A extention application which I am going to file in Sep 2018?
