EB1-C - Changing employer and working multiple jobs

I received my Green Card through employment recently, in EB1C category which is for multinational category.
I want to know if the category (EB1C) through which I got the greencard imposes any restrictions on changing jobs, or working multiple jobs at the same time. I would also like to know if I can incorporate my own company.
Any advice would be helpful.
