I-140 self petition for EB1 approved. I-130 for spouse filled by mistake

I got approved on a self petition for athlete with extraordinary abilities i-140. My wife is currently in USA under a P4 visa. I still have contract with my employer. When I applied for I-140 I also applied for I-485 for myself, i-130 and I-485 for my spouse as well as EAD and advance parole card for both of us. We both did biometrics for I-485 and for EAD in the same day. I have just been informed my EAD card is being produced. However we just received a RFE fro my wifes I-130 stating that we need to submit a completed for G325A for myself and for my wife and a proof of citizenship for myself. I am neither a citizen nor a resident yet. My I-485 is still in process. My EAD just got approved. When I filled my wifes I-130 petition I filled it concurrently with my I-140 and a separate I-485 for both of us.
I just realized that for employment based case I dont need to file I-130 for my spouse.
What should i answer back to USCIS? Can anyone give me some guidelines or a template of response?
Is this going to affect her I-485 application?
