About Me:
? Am working for company A since 2016 with valid H1B till 1/10/2019.
? Currently am in US.
About Company B:
? Company B is US based and is in business since 2008.
? It has about 12 US base employee (Mostly US citizens).
? Company B is having its office in India too.
? I have an offer of Manager position with company B
Questions:
? Can I accept offer from Company B and start working from India right away?
? Do I need my Visa transferred to company B before start working in India?
? If I accept offer from company B and start working in India, will I be eligible for EB1-C category after 1 year service in India?
? What are the best options for me to get in to EB1-C cat **** y?
