Hi,
I left my job in US in December 2017 and moved overseas. During my employment in US, I had an approved I-140 and my GC was filed under EB-3 category. Based on my review it looks like the I-140 has not been revoked. Any recommendation on what needs to be done while I am overseas and when my GC priority date becomes current? If I find an employer who can sponsor my H1, can I still make use of the approved I-140 and continue the GC process?
