EB1C fragomen filing time

Hi All,

My company is filling my GC in EB1C category via Fragomen.I have two questions - 1. My PD ( through EB2) is 07/07/2017, currently I could see 10/2017 is filling date for eb1 category ( Final date is 06/2016). Is it possbile to file i140 and i485 together on December 2018?
2. how-long fragomen takes to file my case in to USCIS?
