Is there any difference from EB1, EB2, EB3, once green card is approved an in hand?

Hello everyone,
Imagine 3 people go through EB1, EB2, and EB3 processes, once they 3 have green card in hand, is there any difference between those 3 green cards?
Are those profiles allowed to eventually do an MBA if they wished?

Green card categories are used to identify how you became a Legal Permanent Resident of the United States of America.

There's no difference in granted privileges between categories, all green cards fall under the same rules, as listed on USCIS website:

If you are a green card holder, you are technically close to equal in rights with the citizen of the U.S., so you can do your MBA and anything you want.
