Uncommon situation

Hello All,

I have very strange situation, at least I was not able to find similar here.

I submitted my I485 in Jan 29, 2018
Interview was Jan 2, 2019
Jan 26, 2019 I received approval notice.

Here the issue, my son received his GC a week after approval notice, me and my wife still waiting on it.
USCIS web portal still has for me and wife status "case is under review"
I did call USCIS and they confirmed that case is approved.
Approval notice says that GC has to be issued within 3 weeks, USCIS operator told me 90 days.

Any thoughts

Did the status on your child changed, or is the same as you and your wife?
Did you get 3 approval notices or just 1 (for child)?

What I would do is: if you have your approval notice, make an appointment to get a temporary I-551 stamp on your passport, you may ask there about your situation.

I hope they missed the 'production' button on yours (and not that USPS misplaced them). Good luck.

Yes my child`s status is updated on USCIS portal on all stages including GC tracking number and delivery.
We did received all 3 approvals on each person.

So it looks that they haven't created the GC for you and your wife. Maybe someone forgot to send the order.

You can call and ask for level 2 or tier 2 officer.

This is the first time someone get the approval letter and 6 weeks later no GC. From what I read they can take 90-120 days for approval, but not that many days for GC production after approval.

I agree with Enub4 definetly try to reach out. Maybe you run into a nice officer!
