Adding spouse away in another country

Hi All:

Can I add my husband in my green card process who stays in Jamiaca? Does he need to be in U.S to include him. If he needs to, can he come as a visitor and change to dependant status H4?

You can add him while he is staying in Jamaica. You can do either I-485 or consular processing. He can do consular processing in Jamaica.
