Employment Based Green card and marriage

Hi,

I have applied for green card as empployment based. My I-140 and Advance parol has been approved. I am gonna get married with my fiance who is living overseas. If go overseas and get married, can I bring her in US with H-4 visa with me? I know I don't need visa for myself but not sure that she can apply for H-4. Is there any difference if I leave US with advance parol for the first time or second time? When my status changes to pending after the first entry to US with advance parol?

You can bring wife on H4 only if you are on valid H1.
