Eb1 Ead I140 H4
Hi,
I just applied to I140 based on EB1. My spouse is on H4 and we would like to get an EAD for her. Questions are:
1) Upon I140 approval can we immediately apply for I485 and EAD at the same time?
2) How long does it take for EAD (I765) to be approved?
3) Does premium I140 application help to get EAD any quicker?
4) Does premium I140 process harm green card application?
5) When applying EAD do we also need to apply I539 and advanced parole?
6) If there is premium processing for EAD, does that save any time?
