I'm a british citizen and I filled I-140 and I-485 concurrently. my reciept for both is dated september 5th 2006.
I recently got approval for I-140. I've already undergone fingerprinting,medical and have recieved both EAD and Advance Parole.
The date for I-485 processing at Nebraska (where my case was senet) shows them currently processing cases dated September 11th 2006. Doesn't this mean my case should've been approved by now?
what other steps are left in the green card process?
