Hi,
I had applied for i-485 in 2005. Since its been more than 1.5 years of waiting for i-485 approval, both me and my husband were called for a second time for fingerprinting. Since we were not in town we had to reschedule. My husband received a new date for fingerprinting but I have not heard back and its been 3 weeks. I am worried that they might have misplaced my request to reschedule. I went to the charcot office in San Jose but they said we just have to wait until I hear back. Is there something I can do to make sure I receive a new date for fingerprinting? Will my processing be delayed due to this?
