    Help with L1 Dependent and changing jobs.

    I am on an H1-B with 1 year extensions for 3 years now. My priority date is now current. My company is filing the I-140 (premium processing) and I-485 concurrently. Do you have any idea what the earliest date is that I can change jobs? At what point can my spouse change his job?
