I-485-Travelling to India- But need Visa Stamping???

I and my husband will file the I-485 shortly. But I have to travel to India during October this year. Though I have a Valid L2 Visa it has not been stamped on the passport. My question is
- will I need Advance parole before I leave for India ?
- or will I have to get my passport stamped in India before returning to the US?
- and in that case could there be a problem if they know that I have applied for Green card?

You need either Advanced Parole or valid visa stamped on the passport to reenter.

If you get the AP before you travel you can reenter using that other wise you will have to get L2 stamped

Since L2 is dual-intent GC filing has no bearing on its stamping
