Clarification needed : Status after filing I485 and FP
Hi,
I am currently on a L1 visa. I have applied for my I485 using my husband petition and recently also went for the finger printing. My husband has got his GC recently. I would like to know the following:
1. Is it ok for me to quit work and stay legally in the US till I get the case status on my application?
2. Is it ok for me to quit my current employment and start working on EAD as and when it gets approved? or should I maintain my L1 status till my I485 is approved?
3. Does any one know how long it takes to get AP and EAD after finger printing?
