Hi,
My labor was approved on April 15th. I am planning to file 140 and 485 in the month of july. My employer has been stressing on applying 140 and 485 concurrently. While i am suggesting him to apply 140 by premium processing by july 5th. So that we can get the decision by july 22-23. And if 140 gets approved, then file 485 immediately.
Please advise me which option is better? Also employer is saying that if i apply concurrently, i don't need to do premium processing for 140. he didn't tell me why?
Urgent help required. any info is highly appreciated.
