    I-140 and L1-A

    Hi,

    My labor certification is based on software engineer position (I-140 applied). LC was substituted and I dont know much about the details of that. I am also applying for L1-A as my L1-B is going to expire soon. Will these two contradict each other as L1-A is for managers. Apparently my attorney is proceeding on both but I am not sure if there are issues.
