I am about to file my LCA in next month. Given the current priority date situation it is possible that I dont get to file my I-485 in next 2-3 years. In the meantime I plan to attend business school. My problem is that will my F-1 visa be rejected if I have already applied for green card, even if I am interested in forgoing my green card application to enter B-School. I
I want to get directions and what is the way out of the issue. Basically I want to take my chance during the next 2-3 years for approval of the green card, if it looks like the green card will take longer then I want to go for business school and after that apply for green card. Can somebody tell me whether applying for my green card have implications for my student visa.
