My wife and kids are in India on H4B and I want to start GC processing this Oct,2007. Do my family members need to be with me or can they get GC in India also. Please let me know.

Hello:

Can you be more descriptive like what could be the possible Procedure like

1. Get PERM approved.
2. Get I-140 approved and declare that family is India when applying.
3. Get I-485 approved and send the papers to India for family to get stamped in their Passports for coming to US.

Is the above three steps correct or some thing is missing? Please let me know.
