Birth certificate

when I had to apply for my passport, the family card had a different mother name due to some family issues. So just I had to go with the name.
But, I have some affidavits since I have no Birth Certificate, the affidavits show the my mother's actual ame.. My Marriage Certificate has the actual name with the first letter changed the C instead of S. So all three documents have different (mother's) names on it. would this be a problem during my green card processing? Are they going to compare these documents? if it is a problem, what would be the possible solution? Please help.
