Greencard based on L1 and can change work

I got myGeencard which was based on L1 visa.
My understadning is, once you got GC, whether based on H1 or L1, it does not matter and as long as you GC has no condition, one can work for any one and change job without restriction.
Dear Gurus, pls. advise if my understanding is correct.

You are right..no restriction after getting Greencard.

What do you mean by "based on L1 visa"?
