I am a research associate at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Batavia, IL. I have finished my Ph.D. at the University of Florida and am doing my research with colleagues on High Energy Physics. Currently I am waiting for my H1-b which Fermilab has already applied for me.
I have a contract with this national lab for next 2 year and 6 months and it can be extended.
I wonder whether I am eligible for green card such as EB-1, EB-2 or others.
I have several research publications and research position at Fermilab is very prestigious.
I got offers from U of Michigan, Stanford, U of Wisconsin-Madison and so on but I am working here now.
Am I eligible for green card? What should I do?
Thank you very much.
