Here is my wiered situation.We applied for the greencard where my wife was the primary applicant and me the derivative.We also got our EADs but never used them though because we wanted to maintain our valid non immigrant status until everything goes fine.But unfortunately we missed our interview schedule and our GC will be getting denied, mean while i applied for a H1 transfer now my worry is will this denial affect my H1 transfer in any way.Will i be out of status.Somebody enlighten me on my situation.
