I applied for I-485(I-140 I-765) in July 27 2007 (July visa number) After receiving my labor certification in March 2007. As you know the EB GreenCard process takes long time.
My wife (which is an american citizen) has been asking me to apply for another I-485, but this time through family based(relative petition).
Can i apply for a second I-485? Or do i have to cancel my EB application?
